"Hotel is conveniently located about 5 minutes walk from main train station, main bus station was about a 20 minute walk. Close to a tram stop at the train station which made it easy to use public transportation around the city. Also, very walkable to main tourist attractions, 10-15 minutes. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Room was comfortable & clean, good hot shower. Breakfast included was great, many choices & tasty. "

"What was unique about this was me and my wife were about 3 minutes late to the breakfast area, the hours were like around 8am to 10 am. Although we were a bit late there was a guy there who looked Indian , and he was very nice to us and had let us finish our breakfast in peace and even told us not to forget to have something to drink before we left. I feel like this was very excellent customer service. I give this hotel an overall 10/10 ⭐️ and I recommend it as it has great service all around"

"Superb location to do plenty of walking. Free parking for us (maybe had to do with Hotels.com status thought). LOTS of storage inthe room for hanging and storing clothes and belongings. Very safe. Excellent and helpful staff. The only thing was there was no coffee/tea service in the room, but that was probably communicated on the listing."
