"We were on the 10th floor looking toward Sakarajima Island. Wonderful view watching the ferrys come and go. Great breakfast and lunch buffet. Also, a high end Japanese restaurant. Lots of izakayas in walking distance. Ferry to the island is a 2000 yen cab ride. Comfortable beds spacious room."

"Staff were friendly and welcoming, and service was great. Views of Mt Sakurajima were absolutely beautiful which is partly why I booked. I opted for a room with private onsen as I have tattoos. They offered tattoo covers but I thought they looked a but silly as I ended up looking like a patchwork quilt. We did did go down the hotels cable car to check out the relaxation room and enjoy some ice pops and tea. My only disappointment was being offered dining option times of 5:30 or 7:30pm, we asked...
