"Had the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. This was extremely misleading for non-China tourists like myself. "I had good experience with this hotel several weeks ago. Friendly staff, good food at its restaurant. I strongly recommend their restaurant for its tasty, authentic local food. One of the staff picked us up on the day from the nearby attraction while it was raining and gave us a hot water bag to keep us warm. "They were especially attentive. Whenever we needed help, they would get someone who spoke English to come help us. The food in the restaurant was especially good. The only downside was that the AC did not work in our room. I found that to be the norm in China. Before unpacking in a new room at any hotel in China, I recommend always double checking the AC to verify it is functioning."
