"All Good! Friendly, helpful, good breakfast...not so good for a dinner"

"The hotel was excellent as usual; however, this time Alex at the front desk went above and beyond. I realized that I had left my AirPods in the room while on the high-speed train to the airport. After emailing the front desk from the train, Alex went to the room (twice), found the AirPods and returned them to my colleague. I regularly stay at the Scandic Grand Central and have become used to the excellent service. Thanks again to Alex!"

"The breakfast was incredible with tons of options. The hotel is pretty basic but very clean and centrally located with a subway station right around the corner and tons of bars, restaurants, and pretty much everything you could need or want "

"This hotel was lovely, the room was big and clean. The fridge didn’t seem to be cold and they charge a lot of money for room service delivery which I found strange, as it’s just someone bringing the food from the kitchen up to your room which I haven’t had at other hotels. I didn’t end up going with the room service due to this. Otherwise it’s in a great location, very friendly staff and would stay here again. "

"Staff were excellent from letting us check in early to helping us arrange a late check out and car parking for a week. Breakfast was great. Really good variety of everything. Supermarket next door was handy. 10 min easy walk to the station to get into central Stockholm (4 stops or thereabouts). Great restaurants near the station and shopping options too. Very safe area. All the staff we dealt with were wonderful and had excellent customer service. Would recommend. (We had 2 x rooms for parents...
