I was a bit unsure how the virtual check in would work, so perhaps a few more details might reassure travellers about the process, as it was super easy. "Large, clean easy property on the top floor. No elevator, so a lot of stairs everyday but we knew that when we booked. Views only of rooftops and courtyards but also not something we minded. The second 'bedroom' was the living room, the sofa pulled out so it would have been nice to have the second bedroom seperate from the living room but for the size, price and location, again it was fine. The main bed was a bit cheap and moved away from the wall a lot. The bathroom was nice, hot water could...

"The property was quiet and the aparthotel services were amazing. There was weekly housekeeping, and any concerns or questions were resolved immediately. The transportation to city central was accessible as well. Highly recommend for long term and budget stays. "

"It was reasonable value for money and spacious. Added bonus to have a covered balcony and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly, assisted with luggage up the stairs as no lift in my building. The room itself could have been a little bit cleaner. Found a dark long hair on my pillow, mine is short and blond. Cutlery and utensils a bit pick and mix but i was surprised to have any as the advert said you had to pay extra if staying a few says, so that was ok. Could do with clogh or paper...

"Everything was perfect for me and I really liked the simple modern monotone interior, too. Just one thing to adde is maybe if you had a higher quality hair dryer set in the room it would be super nice for women who cares for their hair. Thank you !"

"The property was really clean and modern! Wonderful! Would totally come back again and really recommend. The most difficult part was that we arrived on a weekend and there isn’t anyone at reception. we also arrived quite late in the day and we weren’t able to access the property to then use their landline to call them and check-in. We managed to find a phone number on an e-mail we had and the guy we spoke to was so lovely, he gave us the code to get inside the building and helped us check-in. I...
