"1. This hotel is "far away" from downtown Harbin. 2. Don't trust the map. When it gets traffic jam, you will need 1 and half hours to get to the airport. 3. I share with others in that the biggest complaint is a lack of the staff's profesisonalism and tardiness. Checkin takes 15 minutes. Checkout takes 20 minutes. 4. "The room is dirty, shower room leaks water to the floor, it was patched but still leaks, change to a smaller room without shower room, but both room carpet are very dirty and never vacuum during my 6 days stay. The breakfast has very few selections comparing to most other hotels. It’s about 2 stars rating to me."
