"Very nice hotel "

"We had a good time exploring Haikou & Sanya in Hainan Island. We travelled by public transport which was quite convenient at both our seaside Hotels"

"1. Hotel could not find our booking. Yet hotels.com customer service only got back to our Friday's' call for help on Sunday, when the stay was over. 2. Hotel lobby was non air conditioned and people were smoking. 3. Staff at restaurant serving breakfast didn't care. Ok for us to self serve, but they didn't bother to replenish empty coffee pots. Food was cold w/o warmer. 3. Room toilet has strong stench fm the sewerage. 4. Lack security as anyone can access the hotel floors."

"very old hotel but the rooms were well maintained and generally clean to the naked eye, however , the pillows were lacking in comfort as they were very flat and it was very difficult to sleep well with such flat pillows. The room had a turn down service for fruits and drinks which was welcoming and also nice to have. the pool was a little scary to even think about using , as the water seemed quite greenish from my room view on the 4th floor."

"the ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and patient with translations. The restaurant downstairs had a great breakfast dim sum buffet. There is a Bank of China nearby for withdrawing dollars. There is also a fruitmarket across the street, and we found plenty of restaurants. it was about 100 yuan by taxi from the airport to the hotel."

"The hotel looks a bit run down and cleaniness is not fantastic but overall the place is really spacious and price is really good and the receptionist were good and attentive. "
