"My family loved the free breakfast, the staff are quick to assist, the place is close to the airport with the shuttle provided which was a big plus. The only negative, don’t attempt to wander off outside at night coz of the neighborhood is a little sketchy."

"The hotel is quite new so it is modern and welcoming. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice. The staff were very helpful and there is a minibus that will take you to their resort hotel which is on the waterfront with a great pool. You can walk to a shopping mall and a restaurant area within 15 mins."

"Hot water not available and water leaking outside shower make area outside shower wet. Beakfast not good for price. Just sausages and rice plus coffe. "

"Cockaroachs everywhere. Washroom very dirty. Kitchen dirty. Washing machine dirty. Pots dirty. Woke up with small bugs around the pillow. Washroom is dirty. We just accepted it since it was cheap. The bathtub also had hair on sink which was clogged. I just cleaned it myself."

"This is our 6th or more times we've stayed at this hotel. We've noticed that the room has gotten smaller & tightier. We used to have robes, slippers, combs, shampoos & conditioners. But we've noticed some of those items were missing. "
