"Enjoyed our stay, room was large and comfortable. I was surprised that there were no gowns in the room given that we could use the pool and spa. Our phone TV were not working so had to go to reception to order room service. No glasses in the room."

"Arrived early after 4 hour journey. Advised room would not be ready until 3pm. Swapped evening meal for lunch as needed to be at utility arena for 5pm therefore evening meal no longer an option. Lunch cost an extra £40 as we had fries, bottled water and starters which had a supplement which we were not advised of. Lunch if you include we had already paid for 2 course evening meal as part of the booking turned out to be rather expensive. I also understand the room was ready before 3pm as...

"Noisy overnight. Onsite eatery was limited menu options but excellent quality - would have liked somewhere sitting away from tv’s showing sports"

"Views of the Tyne and spacious seating area in the foyer. Liked jacket potato with spicey b Chilli beef. My wife had haddock and chips BUT she was not convinced that it was haddock. "
