"My wife and I live in Dalian and we enjoy staying at local hotels, especially since the pandemic. We had never stayed at the Golden Pebble Beach area, a part of the Dalian Development Zone, so we decided to make the short trip. The Hilton is massive and is billed as a resort. It certainly has a resort air to it. The photo doesn't really show that the hotel faces the ocean and is just a short walk to the beach. "If you wanted to live close to nice restaurants in Dalian, this hotel is a good choice for your stay. It is near quite a few great Japanese and Korean restaurants. Other from that, it is a overpriced one."

"Bayshore Hotel in Dalian was nice and comfortable. However, the strange circular shower in the middle of the room had a leak that left the bathroom floor soaking wet. I requested some additional towels to our room since we used ours to put on the floor to mop up the volume of water that leaked but the staff just gave use 4 hand towels. That was disappointing. Nice location and close to Xinghai square, which is a great park on the waterfront."
