"My boyfriend and I stayed here for a fun, relaxing, and romantic weekend. The staff made the stay extra special, having a bottle of champagne and some sweet treats waiting in the room upon arrival. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well decorated. The hotel itself is super convenient to anything downtown, and we walked to several restaurants. I will definitely be back!"

"Our room was nice but we stayed in winter and our heat didn’t work. We only stayed one night and after mentioning the heat issue in the morning to the hotel they didn’t bother to offer any sort of concession. The don’t find that to be professional. Stayed there numerous times but lately I feel the customer service isn’t up to par. Our bartender at dinner didn’t take our order or even offer drinks until after 15 minutes of sitting at the bar - a bit clueless. Pretty hotel but as I said I think...
