"Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar."

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. "Overall it was a lovely stay. The food was very good, both for breakfast and dinner. I also loved that they offered fresh juices, which is not something many places offer. I think the hotel rooms are in need of refurbishing as they are quite dated. I also think the hotel should definitely be fitted with air conditioning as it was far too hot throughout the whole hotel, in the gym and in our room. "We were fortunate enough to stay at Sulfner in January and it was really fanastic. The rooms were very well maintained and exceptionally clean, the views were just amazing and the staff were wonderful. We included the breakfast and dinner each night which worked great and the food was perfect after a day out in the mountains.
