"We loved everything about this hotel. The staff was amazing—-from check in to check out. This includes the housekeepers, the bar/wait staff, the employees who checked us in/out and the concierge staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was easily accessible to so many tourist attractions and easily walkable. Everyone was friendly, helpful always ready to accommodate. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again."

"The Dagny was classy and comfortable. The staff understood that we had had a long day of travelling. They went out of their way to make sure we were settled and comfortable. They left the kitchen open a little longer than usual so that we could have food brought to our room. They even provided a complimentary dessert. It hit the spot! We will definitely come back the next time we're in Boston."
