"Staff and service were excellent! A lot of different bugs in my room through my 4 day stay however not sure if this is something they can control but it was a bit unpleasant in the end. Food was excellent at the restaurant! Great options! "

However, the reality was far from this description. The bathroom was unusable, with a big crack across multiple tiles. The hot tap did not work in the shower or the sink.
