"I would've given 5 star but in the morning of our last day, I slipped in the shower hitting my head on the wall with me ending up with a bump on my head. The shower had slippery floor and when my told the front desk of what happened, they said there should've been a rubber mat but there was none. Going home with a bump on my head but otherwise, the hotel was nice. Just be careful with in the shower and ask for a rubber mat. 😄"

My husband and I were very picky in terms of cleanliness and organization, but Alvin exceeded our ecxpectations. He took care not only of our needs and requests at the hotel, but also recommended great places to eat at and new attractions to explore in Baguio, a testament of his expertise in hospitality and tourism. "Paying extra for breakfast is worthwhile; the beef tapa breakfast and bacon breakfast are very good. Be aware that cleaning will not take place without the customer present in the room. It's always hot in the Philippines; the hotel leaves windows open to common areas instead of using A/C, so bugs sometimes get in. The dining area had flies."
