"I was looking for a really relaxing stay in Misasa and this hotel did not disappoint! There's a great sense of calm at the Saiki Bekkan, from the vast, carpeted main lobby with its dramatic glass wall overlooking the traditional garden to the spacious and multi-roomed accommodation. The hot spring baths are enormous and provide ample opportunity for bathing both indoors and in outside pools. The food was sumptuous and the staff incredibly friendly. "Perfect location and value. The hotel was close to the heart of downtown with a less than 10 min walk to all the restaurants and 15 min to the station. Room was very clean, a bit older but that’s expected in TTJ"

"It's a traditional Japanese house with different rooms available to be chosen. The room is equipped with a lot of items including pajamas, bathing suits, different types of towels, different types of snacks and drinks available for free, and even hair curler. The bathroom has a wooden bathtub which is very nice and offers the experience of a private onsen. The bed is extremely comfortable. The only downside seems to be the windows. They use the traditional Japanese divider to block the sunlight...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel personnel was more than helpful. We had a minor medical situation and they went out of their way to help us find medical attention. This was more complicated because many clinics were closed due to a holiday but they made many phone calls and found a solution for us. We are very grateful for their diligence. The hotel itself is very new and the decor is quite modern. Everything was clean and in perfect condition."
