"The rooms are located on the 4th floor and no elevator! Walked all the way up just to be told that the reservation was for a different location - 20 min drive away!!! In the confirmation, the address was clearly stated!"

"This property is no longer functioning as a resort. Most things on their website are no longer available. There are no sun loungers, the food was appalling and there are no activities on offer. The pool had water but it wasn't cleaned. The woman running the place left at 7:30 in the evening so we couldn't buy any drinks after that time. We left early and asked for a refund."
