"Excellent staff, always willing to please. Cleanliness is and services are excellent. Free breakfast was really good. The rooms were ready on time. No bugs. Toiletries were provided, and there were trash cans. Hot and cold water showers were available. Fresh towels and beds were nothing to complain about. Walls of houses in the Philippines are not insulated especially during the Hispanic era, so lower your expectations about a noise-free environment. I recommend packing a good noise...

"This property has excellent, friendly staff. It is right in the heart of historic Vigan City, close to the vibrant town plaza, yet it is tucked in a less crowded location. It has limited parking and is ideal for tourists and guests visiting Vigan on tour buses and commercial transportation. Its restaurant serves popular Filipino dishes with creative localized names and flavors- at reasonable prices."

"The property is okay; we stayed for one night and there were three of us. No toiletries and no heated shower. Staff provided kettle for hot water that one can add in the pail to be mixed with cold water. A basic breakfast was provided. The road leading to the property was under construction so our driver had to go around to get to the property’s parking lot. It is walkable to Calle Crisologo for fit walkers. "

"The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. "Amazing location within walking distance of major tourist spots including calle crisologo and staff are really nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious with good air conditioning and hot water, and it has that old vigan charm. Cons: the water pressure and wifi signal aren’t very good. "

"The pictures are very misleading. The room was horrible. No parking. You had to park quite far. Long walk through narrow trail. Very difficult to find even with Google. Extremely disappointed. Did not stay. We simply walked out. Reserved somewhere else. List our money, but just could not stay there "
