"Can’t do much with urban/industrial area immediately surrounding the airport. Traffic, potholes, poorly marked and convoluted airport exits. Not a fault of hotel or staff who have been very accommodating. Property under renovation but construction noise wasn’t bad "

"I got stuck staying a night in Newark when my flight got cancelled. The Crown Plaza was near the airport and had a free shuttle. The room was very nice and the staff was helpful. It took forever (30 minutes) to check in though as they were swamped because of the cancelled flights. Not too much in walking distance but the hotel did have its own bar and cafe. If in a similar situation I’d be willing to stay there again."

"Tom at the front desk was the most helpful and sweetest ever. Our terrace was phenomenal with the best view of the Empire State Building. Everything was very clean and cozy. "

"We had an amazing stay. We were able to check in early and the room was surprisingly spacious. The staff was nice. Only thing I wish they had was a microwave which I was told they didn’t have. I would definitely stay here again! "
