"What a gem! I was nervous about the virtual front desk but it worked out wonderfully. They allowed me to check in early which was a blessing on a cold January day! The room was compact but well put together. Great to have a fridge, tea, microwave and sound machine. I was able to make the room nice and warm during the day and cool at night to sleep. Also - the sheets smelled wonderful. My only suggestion is to allow the shower water to get hotter. Five stars!!"

"I have stayed in many New York hotels. This was by far the largest room with the best amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a home meal. Access to transportation was right around the corner. The rooftop access was a nice addition. I will definitely stay at One Dutch again."

"A lot of cleaning involved in order to avoid “additional fees”. I am not a messy person but there is certain things I’d rather not do while I’m on vacation and having to pay for a luxury room."

"Room had problem with Roaches. Complain several times before transferring to a better room on our last night of stay. Needs a huge extermination to building and that room the bed is next to cookplate needs plexiglass installed for safety purposes. This was the cheapest we could find you get what you pay for!!!!! "
