"The place was beautiful. If you love the scenic views and nature, this is definitely worth the travel time. The hotel has a boat to charter to the nearby Sepok island, which took around 30 minutes. It was a fun ride, coming back was a bit choppy, but was expected. The staff were great and helpful. If you are not a bug person, this place ain’t for you. Tons of termites at night and bugs. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. "First of all, out of a whole room you only get a tiny window and you still have bars like prison stops the circulation of air feeling suffocated. Second of all, no WiFi for 5 days after promising day after day for WiFi. 1000 peso fine for any stain on bed sheets and for any alcohol so no drinking allowed in room. Fine for washing, drying and ironing in your room as it's not allowed. No balconies to sit and and relax and false advertising of gym when it's locked away with sofas and literally...

"Toilet not flushing , sink detached from the wall and floor, leaking from below. Staff was informed but someone came just to mop the floor. That room needs serious work. 217 , we had a reservation for two days but we left after 24 hours. "
