Otaru 3 Stars Hotels

"We came here for the annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The location of the hotel is very close to the main site at Odori Park. The Nijo market is within walking distance. Location wise is great. The hotel is old (using an actual key to unlock the room, so you get the idea). The room is clean so it serves the purpose. "

"The hotel is in a great location. Staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The doors are not soundproofed and if you have noisy people on the floor as I did it can be disruptive. The public bath is nice and clean."

"Staff were very efficient, check in and check out were a breeze. Room was big enough for three people and we love that the bathroom floor was heated. "

"The hotel was located in a great area, convenient to Odori park for Winter festival and to Pole Town for shopping. Many restaurants around the area and not far from Noji Fish Market. "

"A great stay! Our room was very good for our needs, plenty of charging and power points for our devices, there is Netflix, food at the buffet was very tasty and substantial. The place is clean, organised and very walkable to most of the events during the Snow Festival. It is also handy to the airport bus so all in all a great place to base ourselves in Sapporo. They even gave us fresh towels each day when we opted for no cleaning service. On the last night we didn't use all of the towels to save...

"Great hotel. Might be 3 star hotel but 5 stars for staff and 5 star location. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast included in the price of room. Location is excellent being a few minutes walk from Susukino station and shopping area. Metro station right outside the hotel door. Would stay at this hotel again for sure."

"Great stay overall. We were only in town for 1 night and it was very easy which is what I wanted. Super close to one of the Ice Festival locations. There is no parking at the hotel but there are a couple parking options they can direct you to. Breakfast was good, relatively cheap and easy. It was quite cold outside and the tub was lovely, there are bath salts, etc for free in the lobby which was a nice touch. "

"Nice stay if you're driving, little bit away from the main town means easy parking. 2nd street across the street if you're into op shop hunting. Aeon near by. Onsen is great and they even got a swimming pool! I only stayed 2 night didn't get to use it :("
