"Best to avoid. Very old, poor maintenance hotel. The comfort room smells sewage, the floor’s dirty, the bed sheets are dusty, pillows inside covers are gross. I often stay at budget hotel but with good quality. This time, I was unfortunate to stay at almost rotten place. And customer service’s not good. Even an extra bed is just an old folding bed thats almost broken. The parking is not organized. They should first renovate the place before opening it to public. I swear, you can find a lot...

Food for breakfast at 1000 was very limited and had to constantly wait for more, coffee the worst in the Philippines!
