"An amazing vacation with family. Staff were extremely accomodating, kind and very friendly, and I appreciate the hospitality and help rendered throughout our stay. Pool is great, and our dog Carrot definitely loves the aircon and comfortable bed and blankets. We particularly love that the hotel-resort is pet friendly. "The pool was dirty, the beach was covered in garbage. The room smelled bad and there were ants on the bed. We booked the room then decided to leave. Lost the cost of the room but didnt sleep with the ants. Went to the resort next door instead "

"The place was good in the area though we weren’t able to see the whale shark due to the weather. It had a restaurant and pool in the vicinity. Staff were friendly and we were able to avail of the room massage. One thing for improvement perhaps will be the availability of the wifi in the rooms :)"
