"I waited 3 hours to be able to get in the unit. The host did not communicated well with the security guards at the lobby for them to give me the key for the unit. We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email. "

"In my opinion, another misleading listing for a room. Seems to be a constant theme in the philippines. Room was listed as a shared kitchen with no kitchen available. Only a refrigerator and a big sign posted. No, cooking you can't cook. It's not a kitchen.. Bed was listed as a double sorry. It's a twin size plus slightly bigger than a normal twin. "This Trip was not such a pleasant one and it was made terrible by this hotel. All false advertising. There was a pool Advertised which was what my kids were looking forward to. But they only informed us when we checked in already that there was. Pool and now it's in disarray and has not been repaired..no security only on the ground level and outsiders easily walk in and out of the plAce. Delapidated facilities. And made worse by the smell of raw sewage seeping thru the floors. "
