"Spacious rooms with mini fridge, microwave, cable TV. The beds were soft and comfortable. The A/C was okay. The location is very accessible to the Mall of Asia, SMX convention center, Ikea, and other areas of interest. There is a Jollibee and a 7-Eleven right beside the hotel. The breakfast buffet is good enough, though with limited options. The staff were courteous throughout our stay. Room for improvement --- 1. "The staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was great. Everything was perfect since it was close to our business we needed to conduct. They did warn us to email our ID's prior to coming to speed up the process, I did not. I have no idea why they have to have our id's for so long. The wait was long for this tired traveler, but again, that is on me, they warned me, but still strange to me, since I travel VERY often and have never had this happen."
