Lenox Hotel
3.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (160)
"I’ve stayed at the Lenox many times. The food in the restaurant is good and a good variety. Their service is fast and they’re very courteous. The beds are average, but rooms are very clean and modern. My only complaints are the inconsistent hot water in the shower. I don’t want hot water on a hot day, but you can’t get anything but cold. Slightly warmer would be nice. The sing in the bathroom said the hot water is solar heated, that must not work at night. The other issue is, they have...

3.0 star property
6.0 out of 10, (17)
"The room was clean, had a heater, and provided free toiletries, slippers, and towels. The free breakfast was two pieces of hotdog, rice, and a boiled egg. TV has Netflix and YouTube. The place was peaceful; it was just in front of the TPLEX Urdaneta exit, so going back to Manila is easier. The thing I didn't like about the area was the yellow tricycle drivers. Every time we ride the tricycle, the fare is different, sometimes 50 to 80 PHP, even though the way is the same and you can clearly see...

"Swimming pool closed with no reason given, so breach of my booking contract as the pool was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Many ceramic floor tiles in hallways and room are broken causing tripping hazards. . Filthy shower areas. Broken shower screens. Leaking toilets. Broken room furniture. Exposed redundant wiring and damaged paintwork on walls and ceilings No hot water in bathroom sinks. Shower heads filthy and not functioning correctly. Broken toilet seats. No...

"Food is great but I wished they have more options to choose from specially for breakfast or a different menu each day. Travel time on nearest town is not bad at all, about 15 to 20mins drive. Laundry service is a bit pricey. They kept the place clean and they also have a nice pool. Staff are excellent and helpful with everything and we had a great time during our stay. Will definitely come back and stay here again! "

Bedbox Hotel Dagupan
3.0 star property
5.4 out of 10, (14)
"I booked a hotel called Orchids Hotel to find that it's now the Bed Box hotel. An apt name as the room was little more than a "box". By far the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. No window, no closet, no dresser, no where to hang or store clothing. No in room coffee, no toilet paper. The shower and toilet facility were on the same level so I was constantly standing in water. No soap, shampoo or conditioner. They charged me for an extra blanket. I was embarrassed for my girlfriend and...
