"What a magnificent place to stay! The room was very nice and comfortable! The staff went above and beyond and made me feel welcome. The hotel also provided me a bus pass to assist in my journey of exploring the local area. They had a free breakfast which was incredible! I can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel was and I would definitely stay there again. "

"Good location for the Moon & Stars festival. Nicely decorated and very clean. No reception so you get an online check-in form the day before but I didn't so I had to ask for it - that was slightly intense. When checking out, you're supposed to pay city tax at the restaurant at the ground floor. In my case, the staff were so busy and I waited for at least 20 minutes to get it sorted. That was the only down side staying at this hotel. "

"Very convenient to downtown Locarno. Staff very helpful! Breakfast excellent! Parking was tough! Very tight access and spaces. Laundry turned out to be one washer and one dryer in the basement. We had chosen the hotel specifically to be able to catch up on laundry. We thought there was a washer/dryer in each unit. It worked out ok, but we were lucky, as this turns out to be a tour hotel with many large groups. We will stay again, just understand the constraints better. "

"Nettes kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet, aber doch schon etwas in di Jaher gekommen. Im Bad sind Halterungen lose, und die Tür zum Balkon ist völlig unpraktisch, das sie nach aussen öffnet und somit nur de Hälfte des Balkons nutzbar ist, bei offener Tür. "charming hotel, front desk guy was SO helpful & nice. it is hard to find - i stopped at a pharmacy to ask for location, they didn't know & it was about 3 minute walking beyond. to find it, you can walk from the train station (10-15 min) towards the main plaza, keep going almost to the end. on the right tucked in the back, after the shops, is the entrance. only complaint is no tv channels in english. which normally isn't important, except that everything in the town except restaurants closes by...
