"Great spot in Santa Rosa, clean with a great breakfast! "

"Great community on the water. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and there was security in parking areas. The room and patio was clean. The patio door was a little hard to shut but we got it. The ac worked great and there's hot water! We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back and stay for at least 3. The restaurant near our room served a nice breakfast and the view of Taal Lake was beautiful. "

"The total service was good. The staff were approachable and always ready to assist us. The only thing that I notice was most of the pools are not available and not that clean as well. We only enjoyed our stay in the room. Cafeteria only have few food options and a bit pricey. But it was a good thing that they are allowing guests to order thru online food delivery. "

"My stay at Microtel Batangas was superb! From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. "I really enjoyed my stay there, the only negative was the wifi. It wasn't there fault though. They told me there was an incident out of their control that affected the wifi and was being handled by the service provider; however, the wifi in my room was very weak not sure if it was the issue but ill accept them at their word. Very close to Ayala. Very clean, staff answered calls for service very fast. Breakfast buffet was good and very tasty with great filipino foods. "

"The staff are very kind, courteous and very helpful. The thing that bothered me the most are small cockroaches crawling in toilet seat and bathroom floor. I complained to management about this and requested transfer to another room. They granted my request immediately, the room was better and had less cockroaches. "
