Some bad things , first there are few hiden rules , like no visitor in room , or surcharge for alkohol brought from outside, please look full rules i enclosed picture of it.Hotels.com supposed to informe customers about that on the description.Window in the room was just blinde and face brick wall, look picture, that also supposed to be described. "At front desk they didn’t seem to know how to get my reservation I made with Hotels.com. And they asked the supervisor and eventually they gave me an answer that they no longer do business with Hotels.com. But they are willing to let me stay if I pay again for registration!! No plans to clear up why the reservation I made with a confirmation # wasn’t able to be found. Then finally the supervisor says they only deal with Agoda now!! Hotels.com didn’t take the hotel off of the website so...

"We searched for cagwait it brought thus hotel up they said it was 25minutes north if cagwait and 9 minutes south of tandag we drove for hours nobody knew where it was ut turns out it was a 2day travel away we had a sick son in the car we had to take to hospital and then book another hotel. Still have mot heard anything back on a refund"
