"Hotel is a bit old and in need of some upgrades. Service from the staff was great. Breakfast buffet was good, but there are better options just next/near the hotel. Location is excellent, within walking distance to Temple Bar where you'll find lots of pubs and dining options. St. Patrick's Cathedral is 15-20 min walk. Trinity College and museums are a 10 min walk."

"Hotel is in a GREAT central location for Dublin City center and sights like, temple bar, trinity college etc. recommend the hop on hop off bus services, goes past all the sights and each ticket is valid for 24 hours from purchase or you can upgrade for longer. Also recommend Murray’s bar next to the hotel. great food, Irish bands and Irish dancers. But you will probably need to book a table as it is popular!"

"My husband and I stayed for a night away. The hotel so centrally located we couldn’t believe it and so reasonably priced. The staff were all so helpful and professional. "the staff and the hotel is lovely, made it seem like a home away from a home. the bathroom was slightly dirty but nothing a wipe with a tissue and bit of water can’t solve. the area was very run down - we was not expecting this. as a young woman, i would not feel safe walking from the main road to the hotel but it was very quiet and peaceful. "Very comfortable room. Lovely bathroom but no mixer tap on the sink which was awkward when the hot tap was so hot and the cold tap was a bit stiff and difficult to turn off. Lovely food in the bar restaurant. Delicious breakfast. Great location.Overall very happy with the hotel and I would definitely stay there again."
