"Welcoming was great and staff are very polite. Rooms were okay but very outdated. Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. "The host Irene was amazing . She made my kids felt welcomed , even gave them Christmas gifts. We loved the tranquility and the nature like feeling around the resort.
