"Property would be rated higher if not for a handicap ramp that is not clearly marked creating a trip hazard. While wearing flip flops, I ended up with a black and blue big toe. Secondly, there was confusion whether a breakfast buffet was included."

"It was a nice hotel a couple of blocks from downtown Queretaro. I did not like the rooms having carpet. The restaurant did not have vegan options for those of us who do not eat meat. The VIP amenity was not great either."

"I like that the room was extremely clean and the staff were always friendly and ready to help in anything I needed. The area is one of the best in Tampico and the hotel has a very nice pool. I didn’t like that there is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage through the stairs. Also; the washroom has only half a glass door and it is very small and you need to be careful not to get everything wet when you are taking a shower.
