Staff are friendly and welcoming.. The room was spacious with two single beds.. TV.. and ensuite bathroom.. great shower with instant hot water Unfortunately my room overlooked the motorway but if you are fortunate enough to have a rear facing room you can see over the nearby reservoir.. Ideal place to stretch...

"Excellent customer service at reception - especially on arrival when we were late for the check- in slot (Reception closes at 10pm message call ahead to arrange late check-in if you're going to arrive later) - the friendly, welcoming receptionist stayed on duty 20 mins beyond her shift until we arrived. Comfort Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable - being a Brit I would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities in the room but this isn't the norm in Germany and it wasn't a big...
