"There were no heating in the rooms on a very cold day, infact the owner wanted additional money for providing heaters for each room. Toilet paper on the room was soaking wet and quite disgusting Linens had blood stains and smelly Locks on the bedroom were very shaky and could be opened with any key. Made us feel very unsafe When asked for recommendations manager was not very helpful and we felt only recommended spots and vendors where he had a previous arrangement with We weren't able to take...

"Chonor House is one of the best small hotels in that small corner. I like the large balcony with mountain views. The room is equipped enough for guest’s conveniences. The only problem was the water source, smelly but looked clean. "

"Wonderful stay. If you take the rooms on third floor or above you will get amazing view. Very close to Mall road but still very quite and serene. They let us do an early check in at a very reasonable cost and also they upgraded our room. It was bronze they upgraded it to silver. Although even in silver they did not provided tea, coffee sachets. Although kettle was provided. Rest everything was really great."
