"The staff far and away are what made our stay a pleasant one. From the reception area, to the concierge, to the Maintenace and cleaning staff to the bar staff, etc. everyone truly brought the Aloha spirit to our overall experience. They were the best! To make this an even better overall experience some simple things would bring an even better vibe, like tiki torches around the perimeter of where the water is (similar to the hotel next door). We have stayed at both and we prefer this one, but...

"We stayed for one night. The hotel has a nice location close to the shore with beaches, a street of banyan trees, and a park. The pool and garden area looked nice, although we didn't have time to use them. The hotel is not new, so you should expect that, but was clean and comfortable. The staff was wonderful!"

"This is really a nice place to stay. The view outside the room is amazing! There’s no doubt that I would like to stay here again. Very nice and friendly host. Awesome experience to live here, it is like live in home, and the room is well-decorated and clean. The host is so nice and if you need a ride to the airport, you can schedule with them.
