"They need to fix the bathroom. It was terrible. The shower holder was broken. I had to hold the shower spray at all times every time I use it.. Cobwebs seen on the water heater. The bathroom floor was leaking. The bathtub faucet was loose. Bathtub got clogged the longer you take a shower. Air condition has no aircon grille. "

"No ice, and no refrigerator. NO ice container. Our first room had a black floor. Cannot see the dirt, changed rooms. In sufficient hot water. Don;t recommend this hotel."

"Property refused to refund what I paid for. My family went and found out that theres no electricity. Why posting room available and the service is not available to offer? Why refusing to refund ? Im very disappointed!"

"No tissue in the toilet, noisy air condition. Smells like mold. Mirror is had a red spot. There's a bug or mosquitoes flying in the toilet so I had to close the door."

"While having shower in am water stopped. No consistent warm water while having shower. I booked at Red doorz but they put me in Hannahs hotel. I expected a Red doorz hotel and accommodation and service. "
