"Very Poor service. You need to place atleast 3-4 call to the reception for getting any service. No phone at restaurant for placing order. Hot water not available in the tap even after multiple call to reception no one shown interest to visit the room and resolve the problem... "

"I booked this hotel through expedia. The worker at hotel said expedia never sent money to hotel. I called Expedia twice then finally I had to cancel with Expedia and book again in person at hotel. Property is like Dhrmashala with modern toilet. Biggest plus was Shivkumar who handels the property there, made best food as per our request, like pavbhaji, paratha mixed vegetables, pulav and kadhi. He even got us the ice cream per our request. So excellent service by Shivkumar."
