"No ice, and no refrigerator. NO ice container. Our first room had a black floor. Cannot see the dirt, changed rooms. In sufficient hot water. Don;t recommend this hotel."

"We booked and paid for two rooms but they only reserved one room for us. We ended up staying in one room (7pax). They offered us extra beds instead and breakfast compliment for extra persons. It was still a fun experience staying in one room and we still appreciate how accommodating the staff were. Nice and clean place to stay. We will definitely go back."

"Worst Check-In experience.Front Desk service is very lousy👎.We arrived at hotel at around 8:30pm and there was no “Front desk” in charge.Only the guard & a female hotel personel who doesnt know how to trace our “online booking” was there.We have to wait for more than 20minutes for them to let us check in and have our room. "No tissue in the toilet, noisy air condition. Smells like mold. Mirror is had a red spot. There's a bug or mosquitoes flying in the toilet so I had to close the door."
