"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

"We booked the apartment but ended up having to stay in a hotel room due to issues with the apartment. The hotel room is clean and roomy with lovely view of the city. However, the 2 single beds pushed together is uncomfortable for sleeping. We had to make 3 trips back and forth (they have a number of different buildings for rooms) as we booked for a double bed and all the rooms they gave us were single beds or 2 single beds pushed together. It seemed strange that the receptionist did not know...

Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great!
