"In general hotel is quite nice and in a very good location and walkable distance to all hot springs and other sites of the Carlsbad. Hotel condition is average, some refreshments on common spaces would be nice to see. We booked Deluxe Twin room. Unfortunately such a small bathroom we haven't seen still in lower star rating hotels. As well hand soap was missing and sink was not in good visual condition (visible quite large scratches). As well some shelves in the room haven't been cleaned for some...

"Excellent communication and recommendations from the hotel team. Close proximity to the railway and bus stations."

"Location is great, price is great. Hotel is dated but we spent most of the day outside anyway. Breakfast has some average choices, good enough to start your day. Karlovy Vary is small so it is walking distance to all turist spots (Thermal pool, Becherovka, Vřídlo….. ) It is about 40 mins walk from KV train station. I stayed in this hotel 4 times and will stay there again"

"Pros: Room was good size and spacious Mattresses were comfortable Bed was good size Room and hotel were clean Room was not noisy Sauna was pleasant Only 5 min to the slopes Cons: The WiFi did not work and there was bad phone reception The pillows were too flat The fridge was not cold enough "

"Staff were friendly, room was clean. The only short fall is that since the hotel is located at pedestrian zone, I had difficulty to find the back road to hotel parking even with a gps"

"Great place for families, with nice breakfast included in our stay. Location is primo, you can walk the entire city easily, as it is very centrally located. Very friendly staff, responsive and helpful. We definitely would stay here again, highly recommend."

"The property is clean and nice. Has a beautiful view. The reason for 4/5 stars is for hard access to the building if you have a stroller. Stairs are everywhere and not enough lifts or ramps "

"Way up a hill far away from the main areas. Mostly Russian guests, with service catering to them and little English spoken. Check in took forever and check out is at 10 am, unforgivable. Breakfast was nasty but the cafe server was very hospitable and housekeeping was fine. "
