"Awesome staff, highly recommended"

"The staff is friendly, the breakfast is great, and the location is so convenient! The room is so-so with the twin beds seem tinier than usual. One night, there was a party going on all night in the room next door; we called several times to complain about the party noise but nothing was done. There were at least 12 people in the room partying, screaming, but management did not do anything. The water in the shower smells horrible. I wonder where their water is coming from "

"Breakfast buffet was ok. The lobby was small and yet the advertisement (souvenir items) on display made it even smaller. There was free neck and head massage along the corridor to the elevator, making it more crowded. "

"O have been at this hotel 3 times this year. Every time was better than the stay before. Empoulyees always nice and smiling and answer my questions or find out immediately. Room is cleaned every days with new bedding and towels. The dining rooom food is always excellent. The waiters have remembered my drinks and when they see me come in for breakfast they immediately getting me the tea i like. Even when I only stay for a couple days. They aCcomadate me in every way.
