"I will definitely stay here again! We stayed as a family of 4 with younger kids (5 and 7). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was excellent. They were very helpful in booking adventures and making the experience kid friendly and memorable. I loved waking up to jungle noises, seeing beautiful birds and iguanas and being immersed in the jungle while also having the comforts of on site electricity and drinkable water. The food at the resort restaurant was also excellent. "

"The grounds and pool at this hotel were stunning! Proximity to San Ignacio and all activities perfect! The room was lovely and spacious with a beautiful outdoor shower. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the head chef was so kind and thoughtful. My son and I got a stomach flu one day and she made us a an amazing ginger tea. The only downfall at this resort was the low water pressure and lack of hot water. You only get about 5 minutes before the hot water runs out. "

"Welcome to the Garden of Eden! This jungle lodge felt so lush and the grounds were absolutely relaxing and peaceful. Definitely an oasis. The shared patios, decks, and pool area were a highlight with gorgeous surroundings, bird sounds, and hammocks galore. Cesar was amazing in helping me book tours weeks before our trip, and coordinating shuttles, airport transfers, taxis, and pretty much everything we could have desired--our own travel agent with such quick response times! "The familt thst run the property are not the owners. Very nice family however we did not get the room that we booked. We were told we had to have the basic room rsther than the superior room we chose as thw owner had not setup the Expedia system corectly. Hence the price we paid was only for the basic room. They need to sort this out as would have stayed elsewhere had we known. "
