"Over all it's okay.Interiors are good,quite squeaky floor but it's okay.Worth the price,because it includes small buffet breakfast and it's near almost to all tourists spots and museum.The only problem that we've got is the noisy aircon and they don't have lotion which is I think should be included in the amenities.You can ride a tricycle or kalesa/chariot to tour you in the best spots in Vigan."

"Rooms are on the second floor accessible only by a stairway. No elevators available. No assistance provided by staff in bringing luggages up or down. Stayed for several days and rooms were NOT cleaned or serviced during entire stay! Bed frame was cracked and needed to use a bucket to flush the toilet. Moved to a different room the next day. Not much better. Bathroom floor floods (both rooms) while showering and shower drain was clogged. No options for the “free” breakfast. You are served what...
