"The thermostat in the room would change constantly no matter what we tried. When we arrived the room was a chilly 62º - I set it to 70º but within a few hours it switched back to 62º. This happened both nights no matter what I selected - I tried HOLD and it still would go back to 62º... Very frustrating! Additionally we were put in a handicapped room -which would not be an issue although the shower water ran all over the bathroom floor. We needed to use our towels to sop up the floor - poor...

"There was a "glitch" in the reservation process. When I arrived at the property I was told it was full. However, I made another Hotels.com reservation for the night. "Place was very cute but the cleanliness was very disappointing. Cobwebs everywhere . Had to wash my feet before bed cause the were filthy because the floors were dirty . Grandsons bed was full of long blonde hair . When my husband pulled down the comforter of our bed their was food crumbs and hair everywhere and a half dollar size redish brown spot . So gross . Would not stay there again . Which is to day because it was a cute place. "
