Hotel is comfortable, rooms redone to be spacious and nice, but bathroom shower shows the age. Parking is good- easy to access rooms but they need elevator in middle to access rooms further back near the condo section. Long walk from elevators to back section rooms through several doors. Food was fine but eggs were clearly fake, powder version- for the money you pay they should be real eggs. Facilities are good-huge pool! Close to everything- AMAZING family breakfast place next door- blue house!! Go!

Stayed here 2 nights after Thanksgiving. Found the hotel very clean, had a friendly staff , pool and breakfast. Pretty much everything you need for a stay away. Would definitely return.

I was assigned Room 106. This room was located at the end of the hallway, next to exit door. The exit door was used all night long, by other guest and employees. Every time the door opened and closed I heard it. At one point I heard the door every 15-30 minutes, all when I was trying to sleep. I explained this to the employee when I checked out. I just received a look, with no response. The room was clean and the free breakfast are the high points of my one night stay.

We really enjoyed the property being located so close to the beach. Unfortunately, we were given an inside room with a window facing the indoor pool area and to make matters worse we had very loud neighbors. When we requested to be moved to another room we were placed in an even worse room with no windows at all! We only needed the room for one night so we didn't make a fuss as it was getting late. Due to its proximity to the beach, I may possibly try this property again when it isn't as busy.

A good option for stay in Dewey Beach. Indoor pool was cold. They don't have an outdoor pool option for when the weather is warmer. Good location.

I requested oceanfront with a balcony and no balcony and really no beach only sound. I was told that you could walk out of the balcony onto the beach from the property. Not true. Plus we had our dog and paid the extra $100 fee. Loved the Lighthouse restaurant. Room was nice. Needed more handicapped parking in garage. More meat choices for breakfast. Lotion in room. Clean room. More grass for dogs or dog park.
