"Pros: The hotel is beautiful. Cons: there is nothing around the hotel, you are isolated, which is good in some cases. However, they knows that you can only eat at their restaurant. For this reason, prices are really too high. They charge everything and the prices are too high since there are not taxi or tricycle or restaurant. There is no internet in the hotel, even if they say that there is. They have some tours, twice the price of coron. Never again, wasted money. "

The staff (Robi, Ryan and 'Steve') go above and beyond to make you feel a part of the Majika family, they even arranged a Valetine's day dinner on the beach for us and on several occasions brought us fresh coconuts grown on site to drink from! You will want to budget for airport shuttle about the amount of a night stay as it is 1.5 hours from airport. But you gain the individualized attention from the staff. Leo is a fantastic guide if you choose to go on an outing, easygoing, personable, and attentive. Meals at restaurant range 300-700 PHP per dish Internet is spotty but works for emails and chatting. Out of the resorts control there are visitor taxes that are collected while on the shuttle to the resort at checkpoints.(Approx 200 PHP per person per each side of island) It is quiet peaceful and stunningly beautiful. "
