"Great place to stay at when in Cebu. The reception staff, housekeepers and kitchen/dining staff were very courteous, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast did not disappoint. Every hot items were made fresh. Easy access to SM JM Center. "

"Pros: Location (few minute walk to dining and shopping. The rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable Cons: Bit noisy from the streets. No complimentary slippers. Rooms are on the small side. Shower design is bad (water gets all over the floor by the sink). No concierge service (couldn't even get change to break a latger bill) Other: Lobby is on the 3rd floor. No bottled water in the room but have water stations on each floor to fill pitcher (provided) or personal water bottles"

"My room on first glance was nice, but then i saw how dorty things were. Lamps hadnt been dusted, tub was really old and had black mildew on edge. The shower head leaked everywhere and the toilet wouldnt flush. The bed linens and towels were nice quality and beautifully clean. For just overnight the hotel was fine and so convenient to the airport."
