"I am rating this hotel as "3" because the staff was superb - responsive, helpful, friendly. The gentelman at the front desk not only patiently explained to me the walking directions but also graciously made me some hot tea. The property itself has a great location and nice common areas, but it is very dated, there was a bad smell in the room and no hot water in the morning. "

"After my girlfriend could not come on the vacation due to appendicitis, I decided to travel to Alora solo. The region is just stunning and David and Wendy were extremely accommodating and made me feel right at home . I have never woken up to such a stunning view. "Finca Viva La Vida is a little gem in the hills of Alora. The property is beautiful. The rooms are tastefully designed, excellent water pressure with very hot water (if you like) and a comfortable bed! The pool area is nice and relaxing and positioned to receive sun most of the day - a great place to relax after a hike. "La sistemazione è buona, tutto ok tranne il checkin. In comune col campeggio, davanti a me c'erano tre campers ognuno dei quali ha impiegato più di 20 minuti per effettuare la registrazione. Quindi ho dovuto attendere più di un'ora per il mio turno. Nessuna colpa all'impiegato sia ben chiaro, tra l'altro gentilissimo, forse sono solo stato sfortunato, arrivato nel momento sbagliato. Per il resto ripeto tutto ok, soddisfatte pienamente le aspettative."
