"I’ve been to a lot of hotels all over the world, i find the hotel so welcoming to the guest, staff are great and the hotel rooms are very comfortable. Will surely come back to this hotel when I’m in Butuan City again. "

"Property is down a small muddy dirt road and is at a different place than what's listed on the website. The TV wasn't working our entire stay despite numerous calls and messages. We also had a few water leaks so we had no running water for 12 or more hours."

"The staff were very professional, friendly, respectful and kind, that made my stay a lot better because of them. I don't like how the set up of the shower, the water is not warm its more on the cold side.Even though the room look so clean but there were many little red ants and big black ants, it didn't make sense. The food was okay, they give 3 choices but the third one is not available so i end up eating the same breakfast tell the last day of my stayed. Thank you Staff!!!"
